Q. What is included in your fees?

A. On top of the exceptional personalised care and early learning provided at Dot Kids Nursry, our fees include subsidised meals, portfolio books and Storypark.

Q. What is your settling process?

A. We encourage 3 settling visits, approximately 2 weeks before your child’s start date to ensure a smooth and settled transition for both you and your child. We are always happy to work with you on an approach that will work best for you and your child, with your child’s well–being being the most important part to this new journey.

Q. Do you have a transition programme with Dot Kids Greenmeadows Preschool?

A. Yes, our sister centre Dot Kids Greenmeadows Preschool is located at 82 Guppy Road in Greenmeadows and is in walking distance of Dot Kids Greenmeadows Nursery. Dot Kids Greenmeadows Preschool caters for children from 2-5 years old. Children and thoughtfully transitioned between the two centres.

Q. What age can my child start?

A. Our centres caters for infants from around 3 months up to preschool age. Please contact us to discuss our pre-planned settling process for your child.

Q. What are your opening hours?

A. We are open all year round, Monday – Friday 7.15am – 5.30pm, including school holidays and the Christmas/New Year period for your convenience. We’re closed statutory days only.

Q. What do I need to bring?

A. Our centre provides all water, wipes, sunscreen and bedding if your child requires a sleep. We ask that parents provide bottles, nappies and suitable named clothing for the season, included 2 changes.
